- X-rays not required for initial visit and prescribed only if clinically necessary.
Directions
Coming from 101 N: Take the Santa Rosa Rd exit. Turn left to get to El Camino Real then turn right onto Camino Real.
Coming from 101 S: Take the Santa Rosa Rd exit. Turn right to get to El Camino Real. Turn left onto El Camino Real.
Once on El Camino Real, go around to the back of the plaza. The office is at 9700 above Nest Cafe. Go through the back entrance and up the stairs or elevator. The office is in suite 301.
