What is normatec compression?

Normatec Compression Therapy is a recovery modality, very popular in the sports recovery world. It utilizes controlled pressure to increase circulation; working “out” the vessels and arteries. In turn, it deliveries more oxygen and nutrients to speed recovery from workouts or injuries as well as increases the flow of the lymph system. Choose either legs or hip regions or both. This therapy can be paired with any other therapies.
