CLASS DETAILS
During these classes, Dr. Cook will assess your mobility in a specific joint through various exercises she will have you do as well as assess the biomechanics of the joint you are wanting to focus on. After looking at all these aspects carefully, she will then walk you through exercises and stretches specific to your issues to help increase your range of motion and get your joint functioning optimally. If you haven’t had an adjustment in the joint being looked at, that could be recommended as well!
KT tape will also be used, if necessary, to support proper movement and remind your body what is the proper mechanics for the joint to move as it was meant to. Look for specific classes on the news & events page. There will be classes for hip, knee and shoulder. Dr. Cook looks forward to “geeking” out on your joint with you so you can get back to doing what you love.
